How do I know this is legitimate?
Fair question. Identity, business registration, and payment details can be shared before arrival.
What if the phone has problems after the repair?
I come back and fix it. The 30-day warranty covers the repair work. Just send me a WhatsApp message.
Do you use original parts?
I normally use OEM-grade parts. If you want fully original parts, you can request them. I show the part before installation.
Can I send the phone to you if I am busy?
Yes. But the best option is still repair in front of you, so everything stays transparent. If needed, drop-off or pickup can be arranged.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, DuitNow QR,Touch 'n Go eWallet and I do offer installment thru Shopee Paylater and Grab Paylater. A receipt can be provided each time.
How long does a repair take?
Screen or battery jobs usually take 30 to 45 minutes. Charging port or speaker jobs usually take 45 to 60 minutes. Water damage and motherboard work may take longer, and that will be explained upfront.
Which areas do you cover?
I cover Klang Valley, including Bangi, Kajang, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Ampang, and Damansara. If you are outside these areas, message me first.
